Credits and payments
Credits purchased on PressPilot never expire and payments are processed securely by Stripe. All purchases are final. Credits are not refundable and cannot be converted back into money, whether they have been used or not. Subscriptions are not refundable, including when the service is not used. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing area: the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, which has already been paid and is not refunded on a pro rata basis.
Credits and subscriptions give immediate access to the platform features, including the AI writer, the journalist database and distribution. By confirming your purchase, you expressly request that the service starts immediately and you acknowledge that you therefore waive your fourteen day right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. No refund can be claimed on that basis.
